Booking conditions Apart Hotel Hummerau
Arrival and departure:
We try to make the booked room in the Apart Hotel Hummerau in Tyrol available as early as possible on the day of arrival, but no later than 2 pm. On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate the room by 10 am. In consultation with our reception team, you can make your wishes known in advance. Should you arrive later than 8 pm, please inform us accordingly
Deposit:
Once you have made a binding booking, you will automatically be required to pay a deposit of approx. 20% of the booked arrangement. Please transfer the deposit to our account at the Volksbank Brixlegg.

General information:
We guarantee only for reservations confirmed in writing
The room sketches on our homepage and in the brochure are schematic and not to scale.
Dogs only on request, € 15,– per day contribution towards expenses (without food). We ask for your understanding that your pet is not allowed in the breakfast room, the entire wellness and wet area.
Payment:
We ask you to pay the balance on site in cash or by EC or credit card (Visa, Master). You are also welcome to pay the balance by bank transfer. In this case we ask you to make the transfer at least one week before arrival. Please be sure to state your surname and reservation number when making the transfer!

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations can always occur. Please inform us as early as possible before arrival. We endeavor to be accommodating – however, if the room remains vacant due to your last-minute change, we are unfortunately forced to charge cancellation fees. These can be up to 100 % of the agreed room price. We recommend that you take out insurance.
If you cancel up to 90 days before arrival, we will charge you a processing fee of € 50 per reserved room. From 89 days to 31 days before arrival we will charge you 3 days of the agreed room price. From 30 days before arrival, in the event of early departure or late/non-arrival, we will charge the full agreed room price. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
Rebooking or postponement of a booking:
Should it be possible to postpone a booking instead of canceling it, the original date of stay remains the cut-off date for the cancellation period. In the case of a rebooked or postponed booking, the original booking is binding and cannot be canceled free of charge. If a rebooking is canceled, 100% of the travel price is due regardless of the time of cancellation
Corona information:
We generally recommend that every guest takes out cancellation insurance. We recommend the European Travel Insurance. Bookings that cannot be made due to the Corona crisis and possible associated official closures will be rebooked or canceled by us in an uncomplicated manner. Deposits will be retained in the form of vouchers.
Extended Corona Cancellation Conditions which are covered by insurance through the European Travel Insurance. If the following Corona restrictions apply to you as a guest at the start of your trip:
- You have contracted COVID-19 and are therefore unable to travel
- A close relative or a person living in the same household is ill with COVID-19 and your presence at home is urgently required
- Fever and suspected coronavirus, even if the test result is later negative
- A positive test result without symptoms
- A close relative in the shared household has fallen ill and you have to go into quarantine for this reason
- because you, as a Category I contact person (K1), have to go into quarantine as a result of an official isolation order
- because you are unable to travel as a result of your illness during your stay and have to extend your stay (cover exists as part of the involuntary extension of your vacation).
However, there is no Corona cancellation cover
- if you cannot or do not want to go on your stay because you are worried about infection due to the increasing number of cases at your vacation destination
- if you cannot or do not want to go on holiday because you are classified as a high-risk patient
- for quarantine costs for the entire hotel or quarantine costs in separate accommodation.
- if you do not want to or cannot comply with the applicable 3G or 2G rules at the time of your stay.
